Account email — the address you sign up with, used for login and service notices.
Work-order email content — the threads you forward or connect so Proposo can draft follow-ups. This includes vendor replies, tenant emails, and ticket context.
Credentials — API keys you provide to integrate with your property management system or email provider, and your Groq API key if you bring your own. All credentials are stored AES-encrypted at rest.
We use your data only to operate the service: reading connected threads, drafting follow-ups, showing your dashboard, and sending emails you approve. We do not sell your data. We do not use your work-order content to advertise to you or anyone else.
To draft emails, the content of your work-order threads is sent to the Groq API for processing by a large language model. Drafts come back to you for approval before anything is sent. Your content is not used by Groq to train models under Groq's API terms.
If you prefer not to have email content processed by a third-party AI provider, Proposo will not work as intended — please contact us before signing up.
We rely on three subprocessors to run the service: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Groq (AI drafting). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.
A current list is always available on request at legal@proposo.app.
We keep your data while your account is active. If you cancel and want everything deleted, email legal@proposo.app from your account address and we will delete your account data, including stored email content and credentials, within 30 days — except records we must keep for billing or legal compliance.
Credentials are AES-encrypted at rest. Access inside Proposo is limited to what's needed to operate and support the service. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected customers promptly if a breach affects their data.
