After 14 days all monthly plans (Solo, Founding, Portfolio) are non-refundable for the current billing period, because the service has been provided.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
The current billing period is not pro-rated or refunded once it has started. We know that's standard practice, but we'd rather say it plainly than bury it in fine print.
Email legal@proposo.app from your account address with the subject "Refund". Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
