WHAT THIS IS

Proposo is a web service that drafts follow-up emails for maintenance work orders. It reads the work-order email threads you connect or forward to it, drafts replies and status updates, and queues them for your review.

Every outbound email requires a human approval step unless you have explicitly configured otherwise in your settings. Proposo is drafting software — it is not your property management system and it does not make decisions on your behalf.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep your billing details current.

If you forward email into Proposo, you confirm you have the right to share that content with us so we can process it for you.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Don't use Proposo to send spam, harassment, unlawful content, or messages that misrepresent who they come from. Don't attempt to access other customers' data, overload the service, or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put its operation at risk. We'll tell you why when we reasonably can.

FEES AND BILLING

Fees are shown on our pricing page at proposo.app/pricing: Solo at $99/month, Founding at $199/month (locked for early customers), or Portfolio at $499/month. All plans are monthly subscriptions. Prices are in USD. We will give you notice before any price change applies to you.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your settings or by contacting legal@proposo.app. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

REFUNDS

Monthly subscription payments (Solo, Founding, or Portfolio) are non-refundable once a billing period has started, but cancellation always stops future charges. You can try Proposo risk-free — cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. See our refund policy for details.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS

Proposo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We ship improvements continuously, and features may change.

AI-drafted emails are drafts. You remain responsible for reviewing what goes out under your name.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proposo's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — or, if less than one year has passed, the amount you paid in total.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost work orders.
