Proposo is a proposal creation tool for freelancers and small agencies. The Service allows users to generate, customize, send, and track business proposals.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
The Free plan allows up to 5 proposals per month at no cost. No credit card is required. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with 30 days notice.
Pro and Growth plans are billed monthly or annually through Polar. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
You retain full ownership of all proposals, briefs, and content you create using Proposo. We do not claim ownership of your work.

Proposo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Proposo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Proposo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
